Tutoring

Dyslexia Tutoring with the Barton Program but also tutoring in Corrective Reading, Reading Mastery, and math as well. I would recommend any of these programs. I haven't personally seen growth from Barton, but I know a lot of people who have had great success with it. We did see growth with Corrective Reading and I've seen Reading Mastery work wonders.

I'm not familiar with Birdsong personally. But they say that they have research-based, structured literacy intervention. My son sees an SLP who is trained in Wilson, so I feel confident that Birdsong is doing the right stuff.

Jess uses the Barton system as well. She is an educator and advocate. She would be a great resource and tutor.
